Equipment Terms:
 
Full payment is due the day of Auction. Strictly Cash or Cashiers' Check. Personal or Company Checks accepted Only with an irrevocable verifiable bank letter of guarantee with statement of limits. No drafts. Full payment must be made before leaving the premises. 

All buyers (unless pre-approved by auctioneer) that will be paying by personal or company checks must have a bank letter or be prepared to pay with cash or cashiers check. We do not accept credit cards. 

All leasing companies must be pre-approved before day of auction. Wells Fargo is a pre-approved leasing company. All descriptions are conscientiously described by the Seller and Auction Company, however, neither assume any liability for errors or omissions. Everything is sold "as is - where is" with no expressed or implied warranties. No guarantee of merchantability or suitability for intended usage is given or implied. The successful bidder is responsible for their lot from the time the auctioneer calls item sold. Neither the Auction Company or the Seller assumes responsibility for any loss, damage or theft occurring after the hammer falls. Neither the Auction Company or the Seller assumes any responsibility for any injuries suffered while inspecting, buying or removing equipment. Jurisdiction and venue regarding any legal dispute arising here from shall be held in Roane County Tennessee.

Most states require collection of sales tax on machinery purchases unless buyer can furnish a valid sales and use tax exemption number from your state. If you do not want sales tax added to your account, please have your sales tax exemption certificate available at time of checkout on the day of sale.

Items purchased that require a title or registration certificate must be paid for by cash or certified check the day of sale, otherwise all titles and registration certificates will be mailed to the purchaser (10) days after payment is received. Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse to issue a bidders card. Auctioneers make no guarantee or warranties, expressed or implied. The brochure and web page is a guide only. Please inspect the equipment prior to purchase and use your own  judgment when making a purchase.

All information contained herein is true and correct to the best to our knowledge, but is in no way guaranteed as to the accuracy of description made - everything will be sold as is where is without warranty as to usefulness or merchantability. Although every item listed is presently committed to this sale, we do not assume responsibility for any items that may be withdrawn due to circumstances beyond our control. The auctioneer reserves the right to exclude or withdraw equipment prior to the start of auction.
